To Membership or Not

Currently I am spread a little thin. I have always tried to do too much. It has hurt my writing. So, I need to streamline and cut the budget.

Do we keep the home website, yes, but the size and server holding it may change to a downsized and less costly version.

Do we keep the Patreon account? This is the second time we have used Patreon. It helped the first time. This time, not so much. Which brings me to the question should we try the website as membership/shop sales site? Basically shut down the Patreon site and just put it all here? Looking for opinions.

And this goes to selling epub works. We aren’t the ZON, or any other big publishing house/book store/seller. But we would like to provide a way to down load books. Should we try an online bookstore? That thought crossed some minds.

There is commerce plans going on in the back ground. Supporters feedback would be great. This is a tough year for us all. That is as good a time as any to grow and start businesses, maybe better. Why? Some think it makes decisions and budget tighter.
