Peanut Butter Creams

Our second grade reader had this recipe. It doesn’t require cooking and young ones can easily make these with adult supervision. Wash your hands first!

Ingredients

1 cup peanut butter

1/2 cup  sweetened condense milk

1 cup chocolate chips

Coating-

1/4 cup confectioner’s sugar in a bowl

Tools

Mixing bowl for the first three ingredients

Bowl for the confectioner’s sugar

Sheet pan

Parchment paper

Cling wrap

Mix the peanut butter sweetened condensed milk and chocolate chips together. Use a spoon to remove a 1 inch size glob and roll into a ball.  Roll the peanut butter ball in the confectioners sugar to coat. Place the coated balls on to the parchment paper covered sheet pan. When all the balls are coated cover with cling wrap and place in refrigerator for half hour to hour.

Eat! These go good with milk. Heard Santa likes them.
